Factory Outlet Trailers (FOT) is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team in Grande Prairie. If you're someone who likes variety, enjoys operating equipment, and takes pride in making sure every customer sees a clean, organized dealership, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't just another yard job. You'll play a key role in ensuring trailers are ready for customers, inventory is organized, and our dealership operates efficiently every day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Moving trailers throughout the yard
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Preparing trailers for customer pickup
- Washing and detailing trailers
- Assisting with trailer deliveries and transfers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional yard
- General property maintenance, including snow removal and seasonal cleanup
- Assisting the service and sales departments as needed
- Performing other duties to keep the dealership operating smoothly

- Has a solid work ethic
- Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
- Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work




- Works well independently and with a team
- Has great attention to detail
- Can safely operate equipment or is willing to learn
- Enjoys staying active rather than sitting behind a desk

Assets (But Not Required)

- Experience operating forklifts or skid steers
- Trailer towing experience
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a dealership, yard, warehouse, or construction environment
