Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Accountant to join our team and drive excellence in financial management and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, performing account reconciliations, and supporting various financial services. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records through diligent bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Support auditing activities by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors during reviews.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, or potential issues requiring attention.




- Assist in budgeting processes by providing detailed financial reports and forecasts.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate on corporate finance tasks including financial reporting, account analysis, and strategic planning.

Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, auditing support, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting practices within a corporate finance setting.
- Familiarity with financial services operations and compliance standards is preferred.
- Prior experience in account analysis and working with various accounting tools enhances your effectiveness in this role.
