Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Crew Member to join our deli-style restaurant team. This is a hands-on role that combines strong food preparation skills with a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in learning the menu inside and out, and is passionate about creating a consistently welcoming, positive experience that builds strong customer relationships and keeps guests coming back—reflecting the high standards seen in our Google reviews.

Duties

- Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including cutting vegetables, assembling toppings, and executing recipes to standard
- Demonstrate strong knife skills while following proper food safety and handling practices
- Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to confidently guide guests, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and genuine customer service at all times, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
- Build strong relationships with guests through positive interactions and consistent service quality
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Set up, stock, and maintain the service line to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support back-of-house operations as needed, including dishwashing, cleaning, and basic prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across both kitchen and front-of-house areas




- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service—especially during busy periods
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant, deli, or kitchen setting is required
- Strong knife skills and confidence in food preparation
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Experience handling cash and using POS systems
- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and willingness to support the team wherever needed
