Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Red Seal Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and safety of refrigeration equipment, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities

- Install, service, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnose complex refrigeration issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration units, including cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct welding and plumbing tasks as needed for system repairs or upgrades.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving HVAC systems, boilers, or mechanical installations.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders,



and inspection reports to ensure traceability and accountability.

Requirements

- Valid Journeyman Red Seal certification in Refrigeration or equivalent recognized credential.
- Proven experience with HVAC systems, boiler operations, appliance repair, and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, and schematics interpretation.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to refrigeration or HVAC installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to work in various environments including confined spaces or elevated areas.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
