About the Role

Innisbrook Golf Course is seeking a dedicated Turf Maintenance Grounds Crew member to help keep our course in top playing condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values high-quality turf care, and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in maintaining one of Barrie’s best conditioned golf facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily golf course turf maintenance including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Operate and maintain specialized golf course equipment such as greens mowers, fairway units, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring, adjustments, and basic repairs
- Maintain bunkers, pathways, and landscaped areas
- Debris and garbage collection
- Support seasonal tasks including aeration, topdressing, overseeding, and leaf cleanup
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications





- Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is an asset but not necessary
- Ability to safely operate turf and grounds equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to course quality
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed during peak season
