Pure + Easy is a natural skincare & spa company looking for an front desk/sales team lead for our Yonge & Eglinton location. We are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through exceptional skincare, wellness, and customer care. We are currently seeking an organized, motivated, and client-focused Front Desk/Sales Team Lead to support the daily operations of our spa and grow team sales revenue.

Position Summary

The Front Desk & Sales Team Lead is a part-time role that combines regular front desk responsibilities with supporting the growth and performance of the entire spa team. This position works closely with the Spa Manager and Retail Operations Manager to help strengthen sales performance, client experience, and team engagement through ongoing coaching and communication.

While this is not a management position and does not include direct authority over staff, the Front Desk/Sales Team Lead serves as a mentor and role model, helping team members build confidence in client communication, retail/service recommendations, rebooking, and achieving performance goals.

In addition to regular front desk responsibilities, the Sales Team Lead will:

- Coach and support all team members in retail/service sales, rebooking, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Review weekly and monthly performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help communicate team goals, promotions, and performance updates.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members.
- Conduct regular coaching check-ins to help team members work toward their individual goals.




- Provide updates to Head Office on coaching activities, team progress, and areas where additional support may be needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, leads by example, communicates positively, and is passionate about creating a strong, high-performing team.

Qualifications

- Previous sales and front desk/reception experience is required
- Experience in a spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality environment is an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organized with robust multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and Sundays
- Experience with booking software such as Zenoti is considered an asset
