Job Summary

Join our team as a Home Tight Technician. The Home Tight Technician reports to the Home Tight Field Manager and supports Aero Barrier sealant installation and related Home Tight field work from start up to close out, contributing to safe, productive, high-quality projects and a positive customer experience.

Duties

- Assist with Aero Barrier application from project start up to close out, following direction from the Home Tight Field Manager
- Provide physical labour support, including hand work, site preparation, clean up, and moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Set up, operate, monitor, clean, adjust, and help maintain basic Aero Barrier equipment and related tools as directed
- Identify and report maintenance risks, equipment concerns, site hazards, quality issues, or process concerns to the Home Tight Field Manager and/or Health and Safety Manager as appropriate
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment and building envelope conditions within training and direction provided
- Keep daily logs, records, photos, checklists, and required data entry up to date when required
- Keep the worksite organized and free of clutter, rubble, garbage, and unnecessary hazards
- Perform general labour and other duties as required to support the team and project schedule
- Work safely, promote, and comply with the company safety program, and contribute to Home Tight’s safety culture
- Create, issue, and manage customer invoices through QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate billing

Skills Required

- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent




- Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping functions preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management
- Knowledge of general construction principles and ability to learn Aero Barrier software and procedures
- Physical strength, coordination, balance, endurance, and ability to repetitively lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
- High energy, ability to manage stress, meet deadlines, work as part of a team, and communicate professionally with the Field Manager, co-workers, trades, and customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record with trailer towing experience is an asset

Compensation is competitive, and based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
