Position Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, positive and enthusiastic cannabis retail employee to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to share their knowledge about cannabis, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Educate customers about our products, including strain types, cannabinoid quantities, packaged dates / freshness, consumption onset time, and potential effects.

- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to cannabis retail.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and store promotions.

- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves,



and conducting inventory counts.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

- Must be 19 years or older.

- Must be a permanent resident of Canada.

- Must have or complete the Selling It Right certification,

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, ideally in the cannabis industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine interest in cannabis and its various products.

- Open availability including evenings and weekends.

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
