We are seeking a Residential Property Photographer to join our team on a contract, one-time basis.

As a Residential Property Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that highlight the unique features and appeal of the property.

Your keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and creative flair will play a vital role in elevating unit listings and enhancing our clients’ marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

- Visit residential property to photograph interiors and exteriors, ensuring all key features are captured effectively
- Use professional photography equipment to produce sharp, well-lit images that accurately represent the property’s space and ambiance
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to optimize visual appeal while maintaining authenticity
- Deliver high-resolution images within agreed timelines to meet client expectations and marketing schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific photography needs or highlight particular features of the property
- Maintain organized records of shoots, including location details and shot lists for efficient workflow management

Requirements





- Reliable access to high-quality photography equipment, including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, tripod, and lighting gear
- Proven experience in residential property photography or related field with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop, for editing and post-processing
- Knowledge of lighting techniques, composition, and camera settings to produce qualified-quality images in various lighting conditions
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics that highlights each property's best features
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adhere to deadlines in a flexible schedule

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
