- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology drives efficiency.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies, system integration (OIC, APIs), and security best practices.

- Ability to provide expert-level technical guidance across the Oracle Cloud Fusion platform.

- Experience in serving as a cross-workstream design authority, including solution review and impact assessment of proposed changes.

- Experience in performing complex root-cause analysis of incidents and problems.





- Ability to conduct detailed knowledge transfer sessions with Tier 2 Leads and Developers.

- Ability to evaluate current Oracle features and advise leadership on adoption opportunities.

- Experience in conducting platform health assessments, including integration stability, configuration debt, and technical risk reviews.

- Ability to monitor the Oracle Cloud platform for release notices, updates, and patch advisories.

- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including best practices, integration architecture, and integration patterns.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud security architecture, including role templates, segregation of duties, and access governance.

- Experience in configuring and administering Oracle Fusion security roles.

- Ability to design and adapt seeded, public, and private security roles to meet business requirements.

- Experience with SQL, Groovy Scripting, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Ability to support Transition to Operations activities and Go-Live Readiness planning.

- Ability to advise ITB on Oracle Cloud environment management, release management, and quarterly release planning activities.

- Ability to interpret Oracle release notes, adapt testing strategies, and advise business and technical teams on ongoing platform training and capability development.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates that:

- have experience in integrating with UKG Kronos and/or SiteCore solutions.

- have experience in migrating data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Fusion

- have an understanding or experience of Microsoft Fabric architecture and design.
