MK Beauty Enterprises Inc. (dba Professionail) is seeking a motivated and organized Beauty Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy beauty salon and nail-care business. The successful candidate will lead our team, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure the salon operates efficiently while complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Pay

- $38.40 per hour

Responsibilities

As the Beauty Shop Manager, you will:

- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the beauty salon and nail-care business.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of nail technicians, estheticians, reception staff, and other salon employees.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to staff regarding salon procedures, customer service, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ensure high standards of beauty, nail-care, and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, staff coverage, and workflow to support efficient salon operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order nail products, beauty supplies, equipment, and salon materials as needed.




- Develop and implement salon policies, service procedures, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer retention initiatives.
- Maintain business records, review sales and operating expenses, process payments, and prepare reports for the business owner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, sanitation, licensing, employment, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant management or supervisory experience in a beauty salon, nail salon, or related industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise staff and manage daily business operations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- English language proficiency.
