About the role

Ziggy’s Pub & Grill is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join the team.

We’re a busy pub with a strong local crowd, live entertainment, and a kitchen that moves — especially on weekends. It’s a good crew, a steady pace, and a place where everyone pulls their weight.

If you’ve worked a line before, you already know the deal.

What you’ll be doing

- Cooking and plating menu items with consistency
- Keeping up during busy service (without the panic)
- Staying organized, stocked, and ready to go
- Working with the team to keep things running smoothly
- Following food safety and kitchen standards

What we’re looking for

- Line cook experience (required)
- Ability to handle a rush and keep your cool
- Reliable — show up, be ready, do your thing
- Team player (no lone wolves on the line)
- Pride in the food you put out





Nice to have

- High-volume kitchen experience
- Ability to run a station independently
- A solid sense of humor — kitchens are better with one
