Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Relationship Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce - Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their Contingent Workforce Program team. This new role involves managing and strengthening relationships with key Strategic Business Units and a network of staffing suppliers. The focus is on supporting business operations, vendor management, and ensuring seamless coordination across projects.

Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce - Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary relationship partner for three priority SBUs
- Conduct monthly touchpoints with Sr. Director and VP level business leaders
- Document SBU Strategic Workforce Plans and translate them into actionable intelligence
- Track and report on key business metrics
- Drive increased SBU participation in the program
- Manage ongoing relationships with staffing suppliers
- Facilitate quarterly supplier reviews
- Monitor and report on supplier KPIs
- Consolidate data to build a cohesive program performance narrative





Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce - Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, contingent workforce, or related fields
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience building PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- High degree of discretion and professionalism

Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Understanding of contingent workforce programs or staffing industry dynamics
- Excel knowledge for analyzing and generating reports
- HR background

Senior Relationship Manager - Contingent Workforce – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full time employment.
