Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Scheduling appointments, monitoring emails, texts and answering phones
- Helping coordinate repair progress updates
- Assisting estimators with photos and repair documentation
- Learning estimating software and insurance procedures
- Supporting shop operations and workflow
