Magnolia Dental is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist/Assistant who is also comfortable assisting clinically when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, patient-focused, and able to support both front desk operations and clinical assisting duties in a fast-paced dental environment.

ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Complete insurance breakdowns and submit claims
- Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Clinical Assisting Duties
- Assist the dentist during procedures when required
- Prepare operatories and patients for treatment
- Take dental X-rays
- Perform instrument sterilization and maintain infection control standards
- Support overall clinical efficiency and patient comfort
Qualifications
- Previous dental receptionist experience required
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- HARP Certified preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
