Prime Liquidation is a fast-growing liquidation company specializing in overstock, customer returns, and wholesale merchandise from major retailers. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to help manage inventory, create online listings, and assist with basic financial tracking.

Responsibilities

- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
- Research products to identify model numbers, specifications, and market value.
- Take clear, high-quality product photos.
- Create accurate and engaging listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
- Write product titles and descriptions optimized for online sales.
- Price items competitively based on market research.
- Maintain an organized inventory system and keep track of listed items.
- Record inventory purchases and sales accurately.
- Track payments received from customers and business expenses.
- Maintain spreadsheets and financial records to ensure all incoming and outgoing payments are accounted for.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare sold items for pickup or shipping.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and other day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.




- Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), and record keeping.
- Comfortable using computers and online marketplaces.
- Experience with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms is an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, tools, home goods, or general merchandise is an asset.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
