Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role involves supervising children, facilitating developmental activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various needs, including those with disabilities. Duties

- Supervise and monitor children in a safe and caring environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and creativity
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naptime, and bathroom needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space




- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities as necessary
- Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance

Skills

- Prior classroom experience working with young children preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving techniques
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Robust teaching skills to facilitate developmental activities
- Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience and understanding
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse needs
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in maintaining safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
