Lavish Lounge Salon & Spa and Lavish Lounge Academy are looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Brand Growth Coordinator to help us expand both our salon and education brands.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post on social media, but enjoys building a brand, connecting with people, and bringing fresh marketing ideas to life.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Photograph and film client transformations, academy classes, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar programs.
- Respond to social media messages and follow up with potential clients and students.
- Help market academy courses, mentorships, and special events.
- Create email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Update our website with new services, courses, and content.
- Plan seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and recommend ideas for continued growth.
- Assist in building the Lavish Lounge brand within the North Bay community.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:





- Loves social media and content creation.
- Is creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Has strong written communication skills.
- Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software.
- Is familiar with Meta Business Suite and Instagram.
- Has basic website editing experience (or is willing to learn).
- Has photography and videography skills (an asset).
- Has experience with email marketing platforms (an asset).
- Has marketing or branding experience, or is currently studying marketing, business, communications, or digital media.
