Pilates Instructor (Reformer Group Classes)Primary Role Responsibilities
- Deliver expert instruction and provide a world-class experience for every client.
- Develop class programming, playlists, and signature class elements that allow your unique personality and teaching style to shine while working within the framework of Élan Vital Pilates brand standards.
- Motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Check clients into the studio before class.
- Act as an ambassador for Élan Vital Pilates, both inside and outside the studio.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class to ensure you are fully prepared.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio by ensuring all equipment and accessories are properly set up before class and returned to their designated locations after class.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives organized by Élan Vital Pilates, including campaigns, photoshoots, video shoots, and new launches.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Open and close the studio punctually when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Élan Vital Pilates classes, services, and membership offerings.
- Conduct virtual classes when requested.
- Provide class coverage for fellow instructors when required.
- Create and publish content for Élan Vital Pilates.
- When opportunities arise, assist prospective clients in selecting the membership or class package that best suits their needs. Instructors may earn commission on successful membership and package sales.
Qualifications
- Proof of valid liability and/or skilled malpractice insurance.
- Background in fitness instruction and/or personal training.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- A passion for women's health and overall wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the business.
