Responsibilities

- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote home care services across diverse populations.
- Conduct public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to educate the public about available services.
- Manage projects related to outreach campaigns, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
- Lead recruitment efforts by engaging with potential clients, caregivers, and community partners to foster trust and collaboration.
- Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes related to community engagement efforts.
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff or volunteers involved in outreach activities,

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in community programs or related fields.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Background in marketing or promotional activities to effectively communicate program perks.
