As Service Coordinator, you would be responsible for, but not limited to, the opening and closing of work orders, editing and inputting work order details, ensuring parts and labour on work orders is correct, coordinating maintenance and repairs with clients, coordinating the movement of equipment, advising clients and Service Manager of the status of jobs in the shop, advising clients upon completion of work, ensuring that all work in process in active and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to dispatching and monitoring service calls, following up with vendors and clients on the status of in shop, and over the road repairs, requesting and forwarding repair estimates. This position is for an day shift. Possible week-end on call dispatch rotation.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
