Job Duties:

- Perform general labour duties such as shovelling, raking, compacting, and material handling
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling
- Assist with the Install of Storm, Sanitary, Water and Hydro/Tel to proposed grade.
- Set up and dismantle site equipment, barricades, and signage




- Operate small tools and equipment safely (training provided where needed)
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized worksite
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines
- Set Catch Basins and Manholes to proposed grade.
- Co-ordinate with foreman / project manager on days tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in civil construction or general labour is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Safety‑focused mindset; knowledge of construction safety practices is an advantage
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
