Job Summary

This role will focus on optimizing our logistics processes and operations. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring effective operations, and leading efforts to improve overall productivity and service quality. Role

Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping activities.

Key responsibilities include:

 Supervise, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity,

safety, and adherence to schedules

 Delegate tasks effectively and ensure proper task completion. Conduct performance reviews,

provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development for team members.

 Resolve personnel, equipment, and workflow issues in a timely and effective manner.

 Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

 Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking,

packing, loading, and shipping of products.

 Ensure accurate handling and movement of products and materials, maintaining inventory integrity.

 Researching root causes for inventory variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent

recurrence.





 Ensuring proper labeling, stock rotation (FIFO), and removing damaged or expired items.

 Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency.

 Ensure all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is working properly and arrange for maintenance as needed

 Ensure compliance with inbound and outbound processes, including FIFO standards.

 Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations (e.g.,Key responsibilities include:

 Must also have experience on a reverse reach steer and counterbalance.

Pay Rate: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour

Shift: 10:30am-7:30pm Mon-Friday must be flexible to shift change

Experience:

- Warehouse Supervisor: 4 years (required)
- Forklift: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
