As we continue to expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for an experienced MCP Systems Architect / AI Integration Engineer to lead the next generation of intelligent automation across our platforms.

About the Role

Join DelGate Logistics as a Senior MCP Systems Architect and help build the next generation of enterprise AI agents powering logistics operations across North America.

You'll architect production-grade AI systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-agent orchestration, retrieval systems, enterprise integrations, and LLM-powered automation that directly improves warehouse, transportation, inventory, dispatch, and customer operations.

Working closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you will develop scalable AI infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience.

What You'll Do AI Architecture & MCP Development

- Design and implement enterprise MCP architecture.
- Build and maintain MCP servers, tools, prompts, and resources.
- Develop secure AI integrations between LLMs and internal business systems.
- Design reusable AI services and integration frameworks.

AI & Enterprise Integration

Integrate AI capabilities across our logistics technology ecosystem to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and enhance user experiences across web and mobile applications.

AI Workflow Automation

Develop intelligent automation solutions for:

- Customer support
- Delivery scheduling
- Inventory inquiries
- Warehouse operations
- Driver assistance
- Order management
- Business reporting
- Operational decision support

API & Backend Development

- Design and develop modern RESTful APIs services.
- Implement secure API architecture using industry best practices,



including API gateways, token-based authorization, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.1, and modern identity and access management (IAM) frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.

Security & Governance

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ensure secure AI access to business data.
- Maintain audit logging and compliance standards.
- Apply best practices for data privacy and security.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years working with AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing scalable enterprise software architecture.
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience building secure API integrations.
