Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Barista/Mocktail Specialist who loves experimenting with flavors and has a flair for presentation. This is not your average coffee shop — we serve Karak chai, cultural lattes, and desi-inspired mocktails with a twist.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all coffee, chai, and specialty drinks with consistency
- Create and execute a variety of mocktails and cold drinks (think refreshing, South Asian-inspired!)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink station
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Assist with inventory and restocking of ingredients
- Collaborate on seasonal drink ideas and specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in beverage preparation
- Passion for drinks, creativity in mixing flavors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, small team environment
- Knowledge of chai preparation is a plus
- Open to learning desi-inspired drinks like falooda, mint lemonade, and more
