We are seeking an experienced Spray Booth Painter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will prepare, spray, and finish vinyl and aluminum window and door components while maintaining high-quality standards in a rapid-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare window and door components by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces before painting.
- Apply primers, paints, and finishes using HVLP, conventional, or air-assisted spray equipment in a spray booth.
- Mix paints, primers, hardeners, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure consistent paint coverage, color matching, and high-quality finishes.
- Inspect painted products for defects and perform touch-ups as required.
- Maintain spray booth equipment, spray guns, filters, and work area.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure product quality.

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of spray booth painting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience painting vinyl or aluminum windows, doors, metal products, automotive parts, cabinets, or similar manufactured products is preferred.
- Proficient in operating HVLP, conventional, or air-assisted spray guns.
- Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing ratios, viscosity, and curing processes.
- Ability to identify and correct paint defects such as runs, orange peel, dry spray, and fisheyes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with polyurethane, acrylic, or other industrial coatings.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- WHMIS certification is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
