Responsibilities

- Collect, label, and process samples with accuracy and care
- Blood draws, Sample handling, Sample processing
- Assist in preparing laboratory equipment and reagents for testing procedures
- Record and organize data meticulously to support analysis and reporting
- Conduct basic analysis of test results under supervision, ensuring quality control standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laboratory tools and workspaces
- Follow strict safety protocols and handle biohazardous materials responsibly
- Support laboratory staff with administrative tasks including inventory management and documentation

Requirements





- Experience working in a laboratory setting or related environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Must have phlebotomy experience
- Strong data collection skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in sample processing and record keeping
- Analysis skills to interpret basic test results and identify anomalies or issues
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy lab setting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly
