*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
*Duties*
- Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and answer menu questions with confidence.
- Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Work as a team to create a fun, positive, and effective work environment.
- *Qualifications*
- SMART SERVE REQUIRED
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems (clover)
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
Previous restaurant serving or bartending experience (Caribbean cuisine knowledge is a plus!).
