In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production and warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving materials, supporting inventory management, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, including Counterbalance, Reach, and other powered industrial equipment
- Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
- Supply production lines with materials to support continuous operations
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying orders and documentation
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Accurately track inventory movements using manual logs or computerized systems
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all health & safety, quality, and environmental policies
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to achieve daily production goals

Qualifications

- Valid Forklift Certification (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment




- Automotive manufacturing experience is considered an asset
- Experience handling large, heavy, or oversized materials
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
- Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and order picking is an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Must be available to work full-time and all shifts, including rotating shifts where required
