What You'll Do

As a Concrete Foreman, you'll provide day-to-day leadership on site while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Penn-co's high standards.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading concrete crews on commercial projects.

· Planning daily work activities and coordinating labour, equipment, and materials

· Creating and maintaining crew schedules

· Ensuring projects are adequately staffed and team members are prepared for daily work

· Supervising concrete placement, formwork, finishing, and overall workmanship

· Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing challenges or delays

· Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity

· Leading daily toolbox meetings and communicating project goals and safety expectations

· Identifying and mitigating jobsite risks





· Resolving issues professionally while fostering a positive team environment

· Mentoring and developing crew members

· Maintaining accurate site reports and documentation

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people as much as building projects.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years industry experience

· Extensive commercial concrete construction experience

· Proven experience supervising construction crews

· Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

· Willingness to travel and work on rotation on remote projects as required
