We are expanding our team and seeking reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as part-time subcontractor cleaners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers a flexible opportunity in a energetic setting where attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. - Utilize hand tools and power tools for specialized cleaning tasks and minor maintenance work. - Manage heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or furniture safely and efficiently (up to 50 pounds). - Follow established cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained consistently and promptly.



- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly. - Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe work environment. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any issues encountered. - Work independently on assigned jobs, managing your schedule within part-time hours while ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Requirements - Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; - Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. - Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Must be self-motivated, punctual, and professional. - Reliable transportation required to travel to various job sites in and around Innisfail, Red Deer, and Red Deer County. - Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleaning. - Criminal record check required (we'll guide you through the process).
