We are now seeking an experienced and rapid-paced Property Manager to lead our Residential and Commercial portfolio. This role oversees all aspects of property management and leasing including pricing, lease negotiations, tenant relations, rent collection, day to day operations and driving occupancy to maximize revenue.

Requirements
- 10 years+ experience in industrial/commercial/residential property management.
- Relevant education and licensed as per BC property management guidelines.
- Existing relationships with local brokerages and industrial real estate community.
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial lease agreements.
- Excellent knowledge of the BC and regional tenancy legislation.
