Please note it is 12 hour day shifts.

- Manufacturing Leadership: Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, fostering talent and development within the team.
- Expertise in Food Safety: In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, allergens management, and health & safety standards.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong judgment and analytical skills to make key decisions and overcome challenges. Continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to manage conflicts and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Statistical Process Control, and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Team Collaboration:
Capability to create a positive work environment while implementing feedback and recognition programs.
