A DAY IN THE LIFE (Front of the House)

- Ensuring our guests have a VIP experience at MANDY'S by treating them like family and exuding good vibes!;
- Be a product knowledge guru to help our guests with their order and directing them to the counter;
- Efficiency with cashier duties; ringing and taking orders correctly
- Providing warm, genuine, and thoughtful service around the clock




- Keeping the front of the restaurant looking on-point, from merchandising to clearing tables to general maintenance of front of house;
- Providing high-volume service during busy hours
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
- Anticipating guests’ needs
- All other related tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- English required
- People and customer service oriented
- You are naturally smiley, energetic and motivated!
- Ability to work effectively during busy periods;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work standing for long periods;
- Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience is an asset
