Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any special requests or concerns





Skills

- Proficiency in English; basic knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple cleaning assignments seamlessly
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members in a courteous manner
- Basic cooking skills are a nice-to-have for supporting household chores when needed
