Responsibilities
- Assist welders, fitters, and shop personnel with daily tasks
- Clean and prepare materials for fabrication
- Organize tools, materials, and work areas
- Load, unload, and move materials safely
- Assist with shipping and receiving as required
- Maintain a clean and safe shop environment
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous shop or general labour experience is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
