About the Role

As a Mortgage Associate, you will work alongside experienced brokers, gaining hands-on experience while learning every aspect of the mortgage process. Successful Mortgage Associates have the opportunity to grow into full-fledged Mortgage Brokers and build long-term careers within Blue Pearl.

Qualifications

- No mortgage experience required
- Currently hold or are actively working toward a Sub-Mortgage Broker License (required)
- Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, team environment
