Responsibilities

- Deliver skilled hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and artistry / keratin treatments / hair extensions & makeup / threading is a bonus !
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and salon services to continuously elevate your expertise

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology with a valid license or certification as required by local regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for hairstyling and helping clients look their best
