Fuze HR is currently hiring experienced Narrow Aisle Reach Operators for a fast-paced distribution centre in Milton, Ontario supporting a well-established manufacturing operation.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who are confident operating narrow aisle reach, counterbalance, and walkie equipment, and who are equally comfortable supporting hands-on warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Position Overview

This role is a 50/50 split between forklift operation and warehouse support duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving product throughout the warehouse while also assisting with order picking, packing, cleanup, and general material handling tasks as required.

This role is best suited for someone who understands that in a busy warehouse environment, safety, accuracy, and productivity all matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a narrow aisle reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Operate counterbalance and walkie equipment as required
- Pick, stage, and move materials within warehouse racking systems
- Load and unload shipments accurately
- Complete order picking, packing, and other warehouse support duties
- Use RF scanners and/or manual pick lists to complete inventory movements
- Replenish stock and support order fulfillment activities
- Conduct daily forklift and equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe work area
- Support general warehouse cleanup and end-of-shift housekeeping

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Valid forklift certification for:
- Narrow Aisle Reach
- Counterbalance
- Walkie
- Minimum 2 years of recent narrow aisle reach experience
- Previous experience in a distribution centre, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and order accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Milton, ON
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment

- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Comfortable balancing equipment operation with physical warehouse tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing daily priorities

- Overtime may be required during peak periods
