Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional QA Tester to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management.This role is primarily focused on functional testing. Experience with test automation is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities-

Analyze business and functional requirements to develop effective test scenarios and test cases.

Perform end-to-end functional testing of Salesforce applications and related integrations.

Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

Execute regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Verify bug fixes and ensure quality standards are met before production deployment.

Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications-





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

3+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.

Robust functional testing experience across enterprise applications.

Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications-

Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Experience testing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.

Basic understanding of SQL for data validation.Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.Automation testing knowledge using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools is good to have.Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce QA certifications are an asset.
