As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring outstanding people. You'll lead the recruitment process from creating engaging job postings and sourcing candidates to coordinating and participating in interviews, supporting hiring decisions, and delivering a welcoming onboarding experience. Working closely with managers and team leads, you'll help identify top talent while creating a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact through their first day.

Duties

- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,



participating in interviews with hiring managers, completing reference checks, preparing employment offers, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs, coordinate recruitment activities, and help attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation, training schedules, employment documentation, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, recruitment documentation, employee records, and HR reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support while assisting with the administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, performance management, probationary reviews, and employee development activities.
- Assist with occupational health and safety programs, training initiatives, and required record-keeping.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required





- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify talent and evaluate organizational fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging job postings and communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment competitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR systems and technology.

Education

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- CPHR designation or working toward the designation not required but is considered an asset.

Experience

- 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience.

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
