Barback – Mati Crudo + Charcoal

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Barback to support our bar team and ensure a smooth, elevated service experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a team workplace and works with urgency.

Requirements

- 1+ year barback or bartending experience
- Previous restaurant experience
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Availability Thursday through Sunday (required)

Responsibilities

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
- Ensure bartenders are fully stocked with clean tools, towels, and glassware
- Maintain proper levels of ice, liquor, wine, and beer throughout service
- Keep the bar clean and organized at all times
- Support inventory tracking and proper storage of deliveries
- Learn menu items and cocktail recipes
- Assist with guest interactions when needed
