The hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Temporary employment contract ends March 2028.
Responsibilities:
- Build Repair Orders.
- Input all Repair Orders into the schedule board and remove them from the database when they are picked up.
- Follow through on finding out about vehicle rentals and GST either via Epay, email, or call adjuster.
- Book appointments; take photos of every vehicle if possible.
- Order office supplies.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Reply and forward appropriate emails.
- Book vehicle rentals.
- Call Enterprise when cars return.
- Send cash sheets, batch totals, cheques and cash to main dealership with references every day.
- Sort mail.
- Get manager to code and sign appropriate invoices.
- Make sure the batch total matches the invoices received.
- Responsible for the cash box and float; make sure it is being reimbursed accordingly.
- Keep coffee station tidy and stocked.
- Call customers with status updates and when their vehicle is done.
- Make sure keys are always tagged.
- Have paperwork ready when customers show up.
- Call and book SGI dispatches within 8 hours of receiving.
- Call and book windshield repairs.
- Accounts receivable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Numeracy.

- Checking for accuracy.

- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Computer savvy.
- Knowledge of the automotive or autobody industry.
- Knowledge of auto insurance.
Experience:
- Automotive or autobody background is an asset.
