Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring timely food delivery and smooth workflow
- Properly handle and store food items according to safety standards to prevent contamination
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure all dishes, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and ready for use




- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, cleaning, and workplace safety
- Contribute positively to a team environment by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed

Skills

- Experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with basic cooking methods and food safety protocols
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
