Role Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and knowledgeable Retail Store Associate who is passionate about cannabis and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is one who takes initiative, uphold high standards, and can contribute to the success of the store. We offer excellent opportunities for growth opportunities, with many Retail Store Associates advancing to management positions within a year.
Responsibilities
- Report to work punctually and in the appropriate attire, following the company dress code.
- Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Confidently represent the COST Cannabis brand and its values.
- Educate customers about cannabis products and safe consumption practices.
- Fulfill and process customer orders.
- Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories.
- Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained on a daily basis.
- Check the identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or younger.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- 1 - 3 years of retail experience is preferred.
- Valid CannSell Cannabis Retail Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- A clear criminal background check from local authorities or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability to work shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

Pay: $15.35-$17.75 per hour
