Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will help our clients identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. You’ll represent the Desjardins brand with professionalism while building meaningful client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Responsibilities

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Cross-sell a variety of insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and commercial products
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Participate in community events and networking activities as needed

Qualifications

- Robust communication,



sales, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous sales or insurance experience is an asset
- Must be willing to obtain or already have applicable insurance licenses (OTL/LLQP or provincial equivalents)
- Preference will be given to candidates who speak a second language such as Spanish, French, or others

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
