Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will lead the front office team, ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily front office operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Lead, train, and support front desk staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and billing procedures.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate guest records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.




- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and front office efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel front office or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and front office operations is considered an advantage.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
