Plan A Real Estate Services Ltd. is seeking a licensed BC REALTOR® to join our team for a 3–6 month contract during an active acquisition program.

We are currently looking to acquire up to 20 downtown Vancouver condominiums and are seeking a motivated REALTOR® to assist with identifying opportunities, preparing offers, negotiating transactions, and closing acquisitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the investment side of real estate rather than traditional residential sales.

Compensation

- Guaranteed minimum of $3,000 per month, or
- $1,000 per completed acquisition, whichever is greater.

Your licence will be registered with Plan A Real Estate Services Ltd., and you are welcome to continue representing your own clients and completing personal real estate transactions through the brokerage, subject to brokerage policies.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify investment opportunities.
- Monitor MLS and off-market listings.
- Perform market and financial analysis.
- Arrange and attend property viewings.
- Prepare and submit purchase offers.
- Negotiate with listing agents.
- Coordinate due diligence and closings.
- Manage multiple acquisition files simultaneously.
- Work directly with senior management on an active acquisition strategy.





Qualifications

- Active BC REALTOR® licence (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Interest in investment real estate is an asset.
