Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist to build, manage, market, and grow our online sales across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for listing products, managing stores, driving traffic, and increasing online sales.

Duties

- Create and optimize product listings. Manage Shopify and online stores. Sell across Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and other platforms.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and online merchandising.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders.
- Monitor analytics and improve store performance.
- Grow traffic through SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
- Work independently while collaborating with our in-office team.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad spend; prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends such as SEO best practices, digital marketing innovations, and e-commerce platform updates to continuously improve strategies.

Experience

- Proven experience managing Shopify stores..
- Experience selling across multiple online marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing,



and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Explicit, confident phone presence with the ability to engage North American customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work remotely and attend the office when required.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Position with high earning potential. A base salary plus commission may be considered after a successful probationary period for exceptional performers.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our online sales and help grow Antique Overstock into a leading online destination for antiques, jewelry, and collectibles.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
