We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Worker / General Labourer to support daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will assist with material handling, machine operation, product assembly, packaging, inventory organization, and general production duties.

This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that may include metal fabrication, polyurethane foam injection, assembly, and packaging. No previous manufacturing experience is required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Assist the production team with daily manufacturing and operational activities.
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.
- Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and clean products according to company specifications.
- Package and secure finished products on skids or pallets according to company standards.
- Assist with stock management, including counting, organizing, and tracking raw materials and supplies.
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or manual handling methods.
- Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and deliveries.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, cleanliness, and overall quality.
- Ensure products are labeled, packaged, and documented accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe production and storage areas.
- Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all health and safety policies.
- Identify and report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, hazards,



and product defects.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist in different production areas as operational needs change.
- Perform other manufacturing and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow workplace instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in metal fabrication and polyurethane foam injection environments.
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities, duties, and schedules.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn recent equipment, processes, and manufacturing procedures.
